Overview
To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it or proven to be defective by means of photographs and test data. If you cannot remove the heaters from your assembly, please provide photograph evidence, resistance readings, and any other information that can be used to determine that the part is defective.
Please contact us at sales@heaterstock.com to request a return. If approved, please ship your heaters back to us at the address we list in our response. We accept returns up to one (1) year from date of shipment.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days from receipt of returned items.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be added to your refund (provided proof of payment is given).
